Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days of receipt. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two reliable shipping options to meet your needs:
Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes full tracking
Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Includes basic tracking
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Our Return Policy
We accept returns of most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
- Product is in original, unopened packaging
- Product is in resalable condition
- Original receipt or order confirmation is included
Non-Returnable Items
For security reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Cut Cupboard Locks (custom-cut to specifications)
- Cabinet Key Blanks (due to duplication concerns)
- Any products with opened or tampered packaging
Return Process
- Request Authorization: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order using our return request template below.
- Receive Instructions: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Ship Your Return: Package the item securely and ship to our Nashville facility using a trackable method. Include the RMA number we provide.
- Inspection & Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return upon receipt.
Refund Information
- Timing: Refunds are issued within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Amount: You’ll receive a refund for the product cost minus any original shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error).
Exchange Process
For exchanges of eligible items:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly indicate in your email that you’re requesting an exchange and specify the replacement product
- We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return, shipping the new item with the same shipping method as your original order
Note: Price differences for exchanges will be charged or refunded as appropriate.
