At Lock Promotion Store, we stand behind the quality of our security products just as our locks stand guard over your property. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process for most items.

Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided they are:

  • In original, unopened packaging
  • In resalable condition
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
Non-Returnable Items: For security reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased:
  • Cut Cupboard Locks (as these are custom-cut to specifications)
  • Key Blanks (due to potential duplication concerns)
  • Any products where original packaging has been opened or tampered with

Return Process

  1. Request Authorization: Email our customer service at [email protected] with your return request within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below for faster processing.
  2. Receive Instructions: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship Your Return: Package the item securely and ship to our Nashville facility using a trackable method. Include the RMA number we provide.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return upon receipt.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Information

Once your return is processed:

  • Timing: Refunds are issued within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Amount: You’ll receive a refund for the product cost minus any original shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error).

Exchange Process

For exchanges of eligible items:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Clearly indicate in your email that you’re requesting an exchange and specify the replacement product
  3. We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return, shipping the new item with the same shipping method as your original order
